HOLLY SLOTT- OWNER & CREATOR

Holly is a native of the Montgomery/Walker County area. She began nurturing her love decorating and creating masterpieces as a little girl, with big dreams. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University. While attending college she had a vision in her head and she worked vigorously with the real estate market and collaborated ideas with many experienced lifelong philanthropists. Working closely with realtors, developers, and designers landed her an opportunity in the big girl corporate world.  While working for the same large company for over 14 years, Holly still pursued her more creative passions and worked to make those big dreams a reality.  Eventually, this side business of hers and the passion she had for design and event planning became hard to ignore.  Her attention to details, skillset, and love for helping others inspired her to embark on her new journey. Holly established HS Designs and couldn't be happier to now devote her talents to creating masterpieces full time.  
Holly has a God given talent that she wants to share with others. Design is a rewarding career for her, because it satisfies her need to create, rewards her love of beauty and balance, and provides daily challenges that she is always up for. She is a Certified Professional Home Stager & Redesigner (HSR). She is certified in Special Events Professional (CSEP).  
When not working in the world of design, she can be found having my head in a cookbook, hitting the road to the mountains, cheering at a baseball game, helping with the ranch, or relaxing - watching a home fixer upper show envisioning how to bring light back into a home that has so much love and memories in it.
Still, her favorite part of life is being called Momma, aka Boo-Boo from her sweet children Owen & Kate, and her loving and supportive husband Jacob.
